Situated 15 km from Bergerac, this modern, bright, one-storey holiday home will delight you for a quiet stay in the Dordogne. A large south-facing bay window leads directly to a large terrace and the private swimming pool. The adjacent barbecue is ideally placed for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The two double bedrooms have ample storage space and a wall-mounted television. The 3rd double bed is a sofa bed located at the back of the open-plan living room. The large bathroom with double washbasin and separate toilet is also on this level. You can easily discover the most beautiful sites of the region, starting with Monbazillac and its vineyards (15km), but also the superb Bastide d'Eymet (24km). The large fenced grounds are shared with the owner who lives on site and looks after his herd of sheep and donkeys peacefully settled in adjacent fenced fields on a daily basis. Guests are welcome to visit and feed the animals at any time during their stay. A second holiday home is also located on the site next to the owners' house, but your privacy is guaranteed.
