Main floor:Upon entering, a spacious foyer with a living area welcomes you. To the right, you'll find a staircase listed as a historical monument, showcasing the cultural value of the house. To the left, a dining room with direct access to the sunny patio and pool. The modern, fully equipped independent kitchen also has access from the street, making it convenient for entry and exit. This floor also features a guest toilet with a laundry area, which is also accessible from the pool area, providing comfort for enjoying outdoor days.
Upper floor:Here you will find three spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed of 2x2 metres. Two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed.
