The owners from London fell in love with the rural location and with two young children wanted a 3 bedroom villa with character and private swimming pool, with an easy 15 minute walk to amenities in Pollensa without having to worry about taking the car.
Spaciously set on one level with high ceilings, it has 3 bedrooms - one double bedroom, 2 twin rooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan and leads out on to outside porch and beautiful terrace offering welcome shade on a hot summer day.
The private swimming pool and outside shower are surrounded by ample terraces with sun loungers, a colourful garden and a fantastic barbecue/ outside kitchen where you can enjoy the good weather and spend your evenings dining al-fresco.
There is a ping-pong table and table football under the shade perfect to play with the children! At the back of the garden there is a field full of fruit trees where you can pick your own figs, grapes, oranges or pomegranates, when in season. (The swimming pool has the option to be heated in the cooler months for an additional charge).
