The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Welcome to Alcazar, a charming bungalow furnished in the traditional Spanish way. Located in a very quiet residential area, this bungalow enjoys pleasant proximity to a variety of bars, restaurants and a supermarket, only 2 Min. drive. Another 5 Min. drive takes us to the refined coast town of Moraira, where an unrivalled sand beach can be found together with various water activities.
The sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts and a mini-golf within walking distance. The bungalow offers parking for 2 cars and a nice garden area with a BBQ. The interior is set on a one-storey holiday home. We access with a few steps up to a small sunny balcony, ideal to enjoy the breakfast in the sun. We enter into the open living/dining area with Sat+TV+DVD and A/C unit and the fully equipped kitchen.
We find 2 twins and another double bedroom with A/C, sharing a bathroom with a shower. The Parking place and the garden are located at the back of the villa. The washing machine is in an outside room below the house.
