Positive: Very helpful staff. We were a bit unlucky when arrived amidst a stormy week in november. There was maintenance work to be done on the heating system that wasnt done, so the room (and we) were quite cold. But the friendly staff sorted it out with extra blankets and for our discomfort they agreed to give a genereous discount. Many thanks, we’ll recommend you and come back next year.

Negative: Setting up TV and troubleshooting the TV’s Wifi connection was a bit hard in Spanish.
