Apartment Los Pinos is situated between Javea and Denia, close to Jesus Pobre with both the port and old town within 10 minutes drive and is also within easy reach of the magnificent sandy beach at Javea’s Arenal area. Many sporting activities can be found within a short distance, including excellent golf courses and exciting sailing, snorkeling and sea fishing. Javeas port and old town offer a wide range of shops, cultural activities, bars and restaurants with a real, authentic taste of Spain.
The apartment benefits from its own large 10m x 5m private pool with shallow curved steps, set within a private garden with off road parking. The apartment is underneath a family home where you will have exclusive use of the outside space and apartment during your stay. The use of the pool area is not shared with the family during your stay and is a quiet, tranquil space with nothing to disturb you other than the rustling pine tress. The apartment location gives you a chance to find out what the real Javea and Denia has to offer.
The apartment is spacious enough for 4 to 6 people, with a double sofa bed in the lounge. A covered terrace dining area leads off from the steps to the apartment with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, providing a wonderful place for ‘al fresco’ dining and relaxing siestas next to the pool. There is a 48″ flat screen TV with English freesat satellite channels providing entertainment for the children while you relax by the pool. Please note that this apartment does not have Spanish TV channels. The whole pool side is on one level with plenty of sunbathing space and BBQ.The amazing summer kitchen allows for dining and enjoying the mountain and valley views. The summer kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge, traditional Spanish style large brick double BBQ with chimney, sink and a large dining table. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine. The lounge can sleep an additional 2 people on a comfy double sofa bed. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room and a brand new bathroom has been fitted for 2022.

The master double bedroom is a lovely light and airy space, the twin has 2 singles and both bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes .
All linen and towels are included as well as a mid stay change if required.

Being equidistant from the cities of Alicante and Valencia, the area offers enormous variety, both along the coast and within the interior. The long, hot summers are renown and the mild winters provide an additional opportunity to explore the region and enjoy its many sporting activities.
The region is famed for the cosmopolitan city of Valencia offering world-famous events such as GP Formula 1 racing and America’s Cup sailing competitions. The historic city centre is host to acclaimed exhibitions, beautiful architecture and vibrant markets with plenty of fashionable tapas bars and restaurants to choose from.
The historical towns of Xativa, Denia, Javea and Altea are all within easy reach providing visitors with a wealth of local food markets, shops, castles and churches along with restaurants, bars and fantastic ‘fiestas’, or street parties, at certain times of the year.
The Costa Blanca is famed for its rural origins – the word ‘blanca’, meaning ‘white’, describes the colour of the coastline when the orange blossom is in full bloom. Today, the beaches are plentiful offering both family-friendly, sandy ‘playas’ as well as secluded, rocky coves for adventurous snorkling.
The local region is famed for rice growing and ‘Paella’ is the regions famed dish and is perfect for a long, lazy lunch.
For those feeling more adventurous, the island of Ibiza is just a short ferry-ride away from Denia.
Javea
Los Pinos is a pleasant ten-minute drive from the charming old town of Javea, providing local bakers, many convenience stores, the famous indoor food market, banks, shops and a multitude of restaurants and bars. Also you can walk to the Thursday open air market where local produce and all manner of clothing, gifts and household items are available at amazing discounts.
The coastline offers sandy beaches at Javea (10 minute Drive) and Denia (15 minute drive), caves and grottos to explore and waterfalls further inland at Guadalest.
Javea is not just about beaches. The historic town is a maze of cobbled streets, squares, and narrow lanes offering a great opportunity to explore and relax in one of the many cafes. Yet, modern life is just on the doorstep with the town boasting an active fishing fleet, marina and yacht club along with watersport schools, go-karting and much, much more.
For golf-lovers, La Sella Golf Resort is 5 minutes away offering a wonderful course and there are a further 9 golf courses are within 10 minutes of the house.
Further afield, but easily accessible is the Aqualandia Water Resort, El Vergel Safari Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park.
Last, but certainly not least, the local Fiestas should not be missed! These are hosted year round, by almost every town and dates vary enormously. Please contact White Coast for specific details.
Golf
The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 27 – hole course at La Sella which is a 15 minute drive away, and a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the ‘landmark’ Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and the 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova Golf Club, 30 minutes away.
There are also very good courses at Benidorm, Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind an hour or so drive before the round.
