Positive: I recently stayed at B&B Hotel Valencia Me and my son and had a very positive experience. The rooms were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would like to highlight Amanda at the reception, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was professional, attentive, and exceptionally pleasant, which truly made a difference in the overall experience. Many thanks to Amanda for her excellent assistance. I would gladly return to this hotel in the future

Negative: The only thing I would improve is the quality of the mattresses. Other than that, the location and service were excellent.
