Completely renovated in 2017 by a prominent architect of the island, this typical Mallorcan village house of the nineteenth century, listed as historical heritage of Consell, offers the perfect union between the old and the modern. Stone walls and original wooden beams are mixed with elegant furniture and modern appliances.
The effort has been put into keeping alive the spirit of traditional Mallorcan architecture of the past, offering the comfort and comfort of the present.
It is located right in the center of the tourism and wine tourism routes of Mallorca, being perfect for those who want to enjoy the island in all its magnitude: beach, hiking, festivals, tradition, culture, gastronomy, summer festivals, shopping ... endless options.
Located on the outskirts of the town offers the perfect balance between the tranquility one wants from a residence in the countryside and just five minutes walk from the town center for those who like to integrate with the people and the area. Being, in addition, located in a street without exit not traveled by cars, it is ideal for families with children.
The house is accessed through the ground floor where there is a beautiful white kitchen open to the living room. A bright and elegant space from which to relax or go out to the quiet garden to enjoy a fun swim in the pool, a beautiful sunset and even a tasty barbecue. We also found the first of the three rooms with a king-size double bed and their own bathroom.
Climbing the stairs we find the second and third bedrooms. Both with their own bathroom and 2 large beds that can be used as singles or as a king size bed. As in the rest of the house, attention has been placed on the details to offer the visitor all the comfort and well-being that they want in their vacations.
Something that makes this house unique, is the possibility of renting it together with its twin, CAN CUNSO 20, which are practically the same but each with its own essence, offer the possibility of accommodating large families and groups of friends, or even those not so big that want to enjoy a vacation in company, but without giving up their intimate space. Our particular vision of the together, but not scrambled.
