-: Can Marc Holiday home is a lovely house located on a quiet residential area, within walking distance of Cala Anguila y Cala Mendia (5 minutes walk), and enjoys lovely and opens views of the countryside. The house is part of a comunity of 5 houses wich share the swimming pool. The area is safe and has all the services such as supermarkets, chemist, restaurants and bars. The house has 3 double bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms. We can provide baby cot and high chair free of charge. Air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and lounge. Free wifi. Private patio with barbeque, chill out area and sun loungers. The house is part of a comunity of 5 houses wich share the swimming pool. Excellent for families with children. Private parking space. Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October). All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check in.
