This vacation rental features a private swimming pool (7m x 4m, 1.40m deep, secured by a roller shutter. Open from June to September, weather permitting), games (rackets, balls, badminton, and pétanque), and a fully enclosed 2250m² outdoor area with an electric gate, a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a plancha grill. You'll be charmed by the cozy atmosphere of this old half-timbered Landes house, which has retained all its charm by combining retro decor elements with contemporary furniture. This detached cottage is all on one level. It comprises: an entrance hall, a living room with lounge (TV, Wi-Fi), a dining area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), a master suite with one bedroom (one queen-size bed) and its private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet), two further bedrooms (one queen-size bed and four single beds), a second bathroom, a separate toilet, and a pantry. For your comfort, sheets, tea towels, and bath mats are provided, and utilities are included. Baby equipment can be requested: a crib, high chair, and a bathtub.
