The apartment is ideal for golfers and non- golfers alike situated just 20 minutes from San Javier airport, 30 mins from the new airport from January 2019 and only 50 mins from Alicante airport where you will find a greater choice of flights from more regional airports.
The apartment is around 15 mins walk to the golf club and practice facilities and of course the beautiful El Cason Restaurant and bar located in the lovingly restored Hacienda. You will also find a well- stocked and very reasonably priced supermarket located in the same area.
Within 20 a minutes' drive you can hit the beautiful Mar Menor beaches or the Mediterranean beaches depending on your preferences all featuring sunbed rental and numerous beach bars and water sports.
The traditional Spanish town of Sucina is just 2km away with a number of restaurants and bars and the usual banks, chemist, garage, supermarket etc. Hacienda Riqueleme is a great location to explore this beautiful part of Spain.
The Apartment
Both the bedrooms are equipped with 2 very comfortable single beds and built in wardrobes with patio doors leading out onto a nice terrace where the morning sun awaits.. There is plenty of linen and towels provided. The living area has a very comfy corner leather sofa that easily seats 5 together with a glass dining table and 4 chairs. There is a large Smart TV with all the usual ITV BBC Kids channels not to mention the usual free view English and foreign language channels and of course free WIFI.
The apartment has everything you could wish for during your holiday stay with plenty of crockery, cutlery ETC don't worry about having to continually wash up after every meal just load the dishwasher! This apartment is perfect for families, couples or friends alike and don't worry anything you need such as high chairs and cots can be rented locally.
The kitchen has everything you need including hob, oven, microwave, toaster, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and the bathroom is well equipped with a nice big shower and lashings of hot water. There is aircon in the living area, heating throughout for winter nights in and ceiling fans in the bedrooms for hot summer nights.
The property is available from 3pm on the first day. Vacate by 11am on the last day.
