Casa Suzy is a semi-detached house locatedin the Costa Zefir urbanization, in one of the best areas of Miami Playa. The urbanization has a community pool for adults and children, a lawn ideal for sunbathing and a bar area in the pool.
The house has two floors, on the ground floor we find a toilet, a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all cooking utensils. A spacious living room with access to a magnificent private terrace, with barbecue, green area with hammocks and direct access to the pool.
If we go up to the second floor we find three bedrooms and a bathroom. A suite-type room with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and access to a terrace with views of the pool and to the side with views of the mountain. A room with two single beds. A room with a double bed and beautiful views. On this second floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
