Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Condelmar enjoys a very Spanish traditional style decoration situated in a quiet location just 5 min. drive from the magnificent sandy beaches of Calpe. This town not only offers 2 beautiful beaches but also all kind of amenities where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be explored right by the beachfront. This is one of the reasons why Calpe has become a major attraction for anyone looking for exceptional and sun-filled holidays.
The villa is the perfect retreat for big families wanting to enjoy proximity to all the hotspots. It offers parking possibilities for 4 cars, from which we continue towards a spacious terrace, welcoming us with a very private swimming pool and garden, sunbeds, an outdoor dining area with BBQ and a charming Mediterranean style garden with views towards the famous Ifach rock.
Condelmar is a 2 story holiday home, connected with internal stairs. We enter through the fully equipped kitchen to follow into a large living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD. We find two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with A/C, together with a shower/WC room. The living room also leads towards a large covered veranda overlooking the pool area and gardens. From the bottom floor, stairs lead up towards a further 1 twin bedroom, another twin bedroom with A/C, one double bedroom with A/C, and a shower/WC room.
