This charming three bedroom ground floor is located in the heart of Cabo de Palos, right in front of the Marina, surrounded by all the necessary services and one step away from the Levante Beach.
The house has got a large porch surrounded by hedges, plants and trees creating a cosy atmosphere perfect to enjoy our lovely Mediterranean weather and long-lasting dinners with family and friends. It has got an ample living - dining room and fully fitted kitchen that includes toaster, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, orange juicer, etc. From the kitchen, we get access to a back yard with washing machine, heater and outdoor shower. This area is connected to an outdoor parking area, where there is an assigned space for this house.
The airy bedrooms have all of them two single beds and built-in wardrobes. There are also two complete bathrooms with walk-in showers in both of them.
The house is full of small beautiful details. It is equipped with ceiling fans in all the rooms, including in the porch; wifi; TV; mosquito nets and heater - so it is also good to enjoy it during the winter months.
Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
