The main day-time area is made up of a spacious open plan lounge-dining room and a modern kitchenette. From the large windows in the lounge, we can enjoy amazing side views of Alderdi-Eder Park and La Concha Bay. Also in the lounge, there is a comfortable sofa-bed, a large flat-screen TV set and a DVD and CD players. Located between the lounge and the modern kitchenette there is a table and chairs, where you and your party will be able to enjoy delicious meals before going to the beach or to the Old Town to have a good time.
