Quiet and yet in the middle, salt water but no crowded beach, quiet and hidden but central and in the middle. This is how the Villa Mofares presents itself in the village of Calvia, 15 minutes from the capital Palma. Newly renovated in 2017, the finca (built in 2001) offers a wonderful panoramic view reminiscent of Tuscany. On the pool deck - three of the four bedrooms have direct access - it can be perfectly relax, in the saltwater pool you can not only cool off, but also swim one or the other train. All four bedrooms and the living and dining area have air conditioning, central heating, the finca is also habitable in the winter months. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are conveniently within a five minute walk. Beach, sea and marinas in about 10 minutes by car.
The finca has 4 bedrooms (2 with bath en suite) and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. Spacious covered terraces (2x25 square meters) on two levels and a cozy wooden deck by the pool offer space to relax and unwind. Olive trees and holm oaks give pleasant shade. In winter and spring, the sauna offers and the house has in addition to the central heating and a (romantic) stove. And for the children there is a big trampoline and swings and a ping-pong table in the garden. High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optics), satellite TV, home cinema with Blue-Ray & DVD are also available! And a big Weber grill station! The lockable carport / garage can accommodate two cars, motorcycles and / or a good dozen bikes / mountain bikes.
From Calvia there are many ways to enjoy nature. Beach and sea can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Palma (16km) and the airport (28km) are also within easy reach. The center of Calvia can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Original bars and restaurants offer a varied menu of food and drinks. For cyclists and hikers the finca is an ideal starting point for excursions and tours.
