The villa is located at the Playa de San Juan in Alicante, only 500 metres from the beach.
The 850 m² large villa offers enough space for between 22 and 30 people with the property reflecting neo-classical style with exquisite décor. The spacious living area with 70 m² has six sofas, armchairs and stools as well as a flatscreen TV and fireplace. The living room has three large dining tables as well as two sofa beds for three people.
