Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Overall it was a pleasant stay, the room was organized and cozy, with the balcony being a nice space. The staff were really friendly and hospitable, offering information about the city and the hotel spa. I love that the check out time is at 12.

Negative: -there is no parking at the property, they suggested a nearby private parking but I found it expensive so I decided to park in the street, which there are some sketchy surroundings. -as much as I liked this hotel, they didn’t really attended my requests /: first, I asked for a double bed and they didn’t have one apparently. Secondly, I made a special request for the hotel to prepare the room with something special because of a special occasion with my partner, and there was nothing of the sort 😅. -don’t love the location, as it is not in the “brightest” part of the city center. But as Ourense is a small city, it wasn’t such a problem. -there could be more amenities. Overall as much as I liked the hotel, I don’t see it as a 4 stars hotel, being someone that has been in many 4 stars hotels before, i think it lacked some “finesse”.
