Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: No proper check in, communication is bad, host did not pick up the phone while we arrived. Could not get the key for downstairs gate, the water cooker was burned inside. Host did not show up for deliver the keys. We could not enter the building with key. Host can not speak English just ignore our phone. Really not good.

Summary: Bad communication !
