Positive: The location was excellent.

Negative: Lack of response from staff members. Upon arrival at the establishment on Friday afternoon it was pointed out to the person checking us in that there was was only 2 towels and 2 hand towels for 4 people. We were told this would be rectified straight away. Alas this did not happen and upon contacting the office we were told that the towels may arrive that afternoon or the next day, which we informed them that that was unsatisfactory and there was no response. The towels did not arrive that day or the next as we could not contact anyone. We then went to the office on Monday morning and explained our dissatisfaction only to be told there was a "confusion". Confusion for 1 day but not for 3. After a disgruntled discussion we were informed the towels would be delivered within 30 mins, which they finally were on our last day of our stay. Three days of having to use a hand towel to dry oneself is not satisfactory and the lack of concern from the staff members was unacceptable and bordering on a I don't really care attitude.
