The villa stands on a large private plot with its own 8m x 4m swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue area. The grounds contain well-established palm trees along with orange and lemon trees and attractive planting.
Off-road parking is available within the villa’s self-contained grounds.
There is a table and outdoor seating for 10 people, along with sun loungers and comfy chairs for relaxing. A full size table tennis table is available for use.
