In our individual luxury wooden holiday home with flair, you can enjoy all the comforts of a modern yet cozy holiday home: custom-made fitted kitchen, oven, microwave, Nespresso espresso machine, coffee machine etc large seating area in front of the fireplace, sauna on the 1st floor with a direct view of nature, small ones Relaxation library - far away from everyday life. 2 cozy bedrooms with a view of the waterfall on the 1st Upstairs and 2 bedrooms (with through room) in the basement allow a total of up to max. 8 people a relaxing vacation. 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Large terrace with lounge seating and garden furniture, sun lounger, grill and large garden, three parking spaces, one covered under the carport.
Hiking trails into the forest and nature begin right behind the house. The nearby waterfall, the Gumpen and the stream are a special adventure for children! In the village of Bayrischzell you walk only a few minutes. Our house is located on a street with hardly any traffic on the outskirts of town.
