Semi-detached house of approximately 80m² with private garden/terrace and outdoor community swimming pool, accommodating up to 6 maximum people (The deckchairs shown in the photos of the exterior views are not included in the rental).
This 2-level house located 750 meters from the sea has on the ground floor: a fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, etc…), a small shower room with wc and a living/dining room with sofa bed. You can access at the terrace/garden from outside of the house or from the living/dining room. A barbecue, a shade sail and a small garden furniture are at your disposal in the private outdoor area. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with built-in cupboards (1 parental bedroom with balcony, 1 double bedroom and 1 single) and 1 second full bathroom with bathtub.
The property is rented equipped with air conditioning in the living room/dining room and 2 mobile fans. If you wish, additional fans can be made available, on your request and without additional cost, but against a deposit. From the private garden of the house, you can access at a beautiful community area with swimming pool. The access to the outdoor community swimming pool is possible from mid-May until October (depending of the weather).
The property has parking places (1 or 2) in the closed courtyard of the house (gates). If you wish, you can also park your car in the street, in front of the house.
Important: A deposit of 400€ (mandatory) will also be required upon arrival. This deposit can be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer upon check-in (bank receipt required - see detailed payment and return conditions with our agency). It is also specified that an inventory will be obligatory established between the parties each time they enter and leave the accommodation. Once the entry inventory has been made, the tenants will be given the keys to the rented property and any annexes, if there are any. A management/accompaniment/disinfection package of 19€ will also apply to each reservation. The day of your departure, we will ask you to leave the rented accommodation clean and in good condition. A key box will be set up (at the entrance of the accommodation) for the return of the keys at your departure. We also remind you that, on the last day, all departures must be done by 10 am (otherwise, charges will be applied and deducted from the deposit that has been paid to us). Please note: On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave the apartment/house clean and in good condition. Indeed, as previously stipulated verbally, the cleaning of the house will be at your sole charge. In case of non-compliance with the above, we may deduct a cleaning fee from the deposit previously paid. A tourist tax of 1€/day/person will be applicable to anyone over 16 years old, during the first 7 days of stay. Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included, you can bring your own or rent it from our agency for 12€ per person/stay, on prior request. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation and its annexes. However, some exceptions may be made upon prior request from you and subject to written acceptance by Apartamentos Guardamar (in the event of acceptance by our agency, a supplement of €5/day/animal or €30/week /animal will be applied). No payment by bank check or vacation check will be accepted.
