This property is in a picturesque part of Nerja which is full of Andalusian charm. It is placed only a stone's throw away from local tapas/bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest supermarket being less than 1 minute away. From the house, it is only 6 minutes walking distance down to Burriana Beach, however, this is a fairly steep hill so may take you longer to walk back! It is also a leisurely 15 minutes' walk through the town to the famous Balcon de Europa.
This good size town house, built over two levels, is located in a secure quiet part of town and is directly on the main pool. Approached via the communal private gate, the entrance to the property is on a quaint small corridor. On entering the property you find yourself in the open plan lounge/dining room, from there you can enter the spacious kitchen or the downstairs shower/bathroom.
