Positive: We liked that it was close to the beach. The animated activities were also good especially the mini disco for kids. The lady who cleaned our room was very very nice. The mini water park was ideal for our little one.

Negative: You get what you pay for here. Some of the staff were rude at times. For example, we were told we could ask for a picnic for the next day but only after 7pm and when we asked we were told, in a way that implied we we’re stupid, that it was only before 7pm. The food is mediocre at best. I think the cooks are doing the best job they can, they are just being supplied with low quality ingredients. One very bad thing is that a terrible terrible smell would waft up through the drain overnight. Like a smell of sewer and it came up every morning and also if we were away from the room for a few hours. We told the desk about it but all they did was ask the cleaning lady to blast the bathroom with air freshener but did nothing to address the problem.

Summary: Okay at best. Glad we didn’t pay more than we did.
