Positive: Location convenient for Ondarreta Beach

Negative: Check in was an absolute nightmare. We were sent a very long message about a complicated check in process the day before we arrived. It turns out that the details that we were sent were for another property owned by the same company. We spent almost two hours parked in this tiny cul de sac trying to get in to the property , we had to call the agent who eventually came to help us. We then found out that the property had not been cleaned and the cleaner was still working there at 6:30pm We were in San Sebastián for a short time and this really spoilt our first afternoon. It seems that this happens a lot. Would not go back. Also a lot of building noise from nearby apartments when we were there.
