Please note that the rooms are located in a building without a elevator, check-in after 20:00 is not possible, there is no storage room for bicycles available, please note the check-in and payment will be made on-line, please note that the establishment is located in the historic center and we are not allowed to place a heat pump on the roof or build a chimney to hide it. we are forced to install only one heat pump. the company determines that when the outside temperatures do not exceed 23 degrees celsius, the cold air will be turned off and we will put it in heating mode, the property does not have a reception desk so there will be no physical staff at the time of entering the property.this property is located in a pedestrian-only zone, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
