Positive: it a great place to be, wit the shared pool, and yet, everybody has his own apartment with AC. 500m to the several beaches of Cala St Vincent, just awesome!

Negative: the only thing that was a little annoying was some of the neighbors in other apartment that complained about the noise, in particular the noise of the door bell and the doors when closing. If you could find a way so that the doors do not slam so hard, it would be better for everybody in terms of noise reduction.

Summary: Just what I needed to tank up my heat and beach reserves!
