Positive: Excellent location, especially if you are visiting Valencia for the first time. Walking distance to the old town. I liked eating breakfast on my balcony.

Negative: Almost everything was good. Only the breakfast was the same every day. We stayed 3 days so it was not a big deal, but it would be nice to change every second day maybe.
