Ruim, prachtig gelegen landhuis voor maximaal 10 personen met privé zwembad en op een 7,2 hectare groot amandel- en olijfdomein.
Onze Casa is gelegen net buiten het bergdorpje Relleu. Een oud Romeins dorpje waar het massatoerisme nog niet bestaat.
De villa ligt op 30min rij-afstand van de stranden van Villajoyosa en ook nabij Benidorm.
In de buurt kan u prachtige wandelingen maken, waaronder de beroemde Pasarela kloof wandeling. Of u kiest er voor om te genieten van een hapje en drankje in een van de restaurantjes en barretjes in het dorp. Of u blijft natuurlijk lekker bij het huis om helemaal niks toe doen!
Zoekt u toch even iets anders, op 25min rijden vindt u talrijke grote, bekende supermarkten en winkels in het shoppingcenter La Marina.
In de villa, met 360° zon, zijn 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Onze grootste kamer heeft een groot balkon met prachtige vergezichten! Alle kamers hebben een kingsize bed, met uitzondering van 1 kamer die een queen size bed heeft.
Alle slaapkamers (met airco) en badkamers liggen op de eerste verdieping.
Verder is er bijna overal wifi ontvangst en overal 4G ontvangst.
Op de gelijksvloer vindt u een ruime woonkamer voorzien van een relax sofa, 3 tafels met genoeg stoelen, TV/DVD, Wifi en een koelkast met drankjes. Ook beneden ligt de grote keuken met afwasmachine, wasmachine, oven en magnetron.
Buiten is er een gerieflijke buitenkeuken met gasfornuis, BBQ, oven en magnetron en een groot terras met verschillende tafels en genoeg stoelen.
Ook hebben we een gezellige buitenbar met koelkast en diepvriezer.
Bij het grote panoramische zwembad is er een buitendouche met ligbedden.
In onze Zen tuin kan u verder genieten van deze schitterende omgeving.
Bij het huis is er genoeg parking voorzien. Alle kamers beschikken over airco, ventilator, kluisje, kofferrekje en TV en/of DVD.
Honden zijn niet toegelaten. Spijtig genoeg is ons huis niet rolstoelvriendelijk gezien de ligging van de slaapkamers.
In deze villa hebt u geen inkijk van de buren dus volledige privacy gegarandeerd!
