Summary: Alan, who was helpful throughout our stay, provided directions from Alicante airport and met us at Pimientos Restaurant and we followed him the short distance to the villa. We were only a party of four so the villa size was more than enough for our needs. All was as described and met all of our expectations. Villa was clean and had all the facilities we could ask for (dishwasher would be good though).Pool, terrace, hot-tub and gazebo area all well maintained and put to good use during our stay (while in the middle of a heatwave). Plenty of sunbeds, chairs, tables and sofas outside. We used the brick barbecue one evening which was a nice change from getting dressed to go out for dinner - we used Pimientos on our 1st night (within walking distance) and Market Street (a 5 min drive). Market St was excellent and a good recommendation from Alan and Lynns guide folder. A car is essential to explore the area as area mostly residential. We spent most days out on trips and it was great to return to the villa to enjoy the rest of our day in peaceful surroundings. Breakage deposit returned quickly upon our return and great communication from Alan. Couldn't recommend the villa and Alan and Lynn highly enough. Thanks for a great holiday!
