The 200sqm apartment is located in the Frankenberger district, the chilled scene district in Aachen. Parquet, high ceilings, stucco, a patio in the courtyard, perfect for a weekend, a small celebration or a business trip! However, the apartment is not suitable for party groups, mostly young families live in the house and the house is always very quiet in the evenings.

The footprint of the VG1 is 195sqm. Our studio room and our two offices are not usable for you (unless we make a special arrangement), the remaining 90sqm are at your disposal!

During the week we work creatively in VG1, as photographers and designers. At the weekend it is too good to be empty!
But we also have regular overnight guests during the week.
The rooms used exclusively by the guests (bedroom, living room and bathroom) are at one end of the long hallway, our offices are at the other end - far enough apart from each other to avoid getting into the enclosure;)
A special use option is available for business users, because the living room can be used as a meeting room.
For example, interviews with applicants or meetings can be carried out in a representative atmosphere. If you are interested, please contact us specifically for this option.

The VG1 has a bathroom with shower and toilet and an additional separate toilet, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. In "La Chambre", the bedroom of VG1, there is a large double bed, in the living room there is (in addition to the normal 3-2-1 sofa set) a comfortable sofa bed for two people, and we can also set up one or two comfortable folding beds if required . If that's still not enough, there is still an XXL double air mattress;)
When booking for 7 or 8 people, we usually open our studio room (see photos) as another bedroom.

Check-in on Friday is usually from 3 p.m. and the normal check-out time is 12 noon, but both can be arranged individually after consultation.
You can always reach me on my mobile number in urgent cases. We handle the handover of keys flexibly. I would be happy to recommend good restaurants and cool bars or give you tips on excursions in the Aachen area.

The Frankenberger Viertel is a lively combination of living, working and going out, in principle the only quarter in Aachen with a proper quarter structure.
The Neumarkt is right in front of the house. Here you can chill out at the weekly market every Saturday morning of the year with a delicious latte macchiato and shop for fresh groceries so that you can cook later in the evening in the fully equipped kitchen. Or enjoy the evening in one of the trendy restaurants and bars in the Frankenberg district.

You are only 5 minutes away from the highway on foot in 15 minutes in the city center and in one minute at the bakery. You are close to the city center, but the neighborhood is quiet and absolutely child-friendly!
The city center can be reached on foot or by bus. The connection to the bus network is very good and Aachen Central Station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
