Summary: The room was nice and clean and the staff was ok to me. But my friend that had room facing the back alley could not sleep because of all the noise upp until 3 at night. She asked for a new room the following day, but the staff said that she had to pay for a hole day at a new room extra for this. I work my self as a resepsjonist at Best Western and have never herd of this or would never treat any of our guests like this. As long as there is rooms available as it was in this case, you just charge the room, no charge. We will not be going back to this hotel, and we are not recommending it.
