The holiday apartment is located in a beach area close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, 50 m from the beach and 4 km from El Vergel in the Santa Ana area at the end of Las Marinas. This beach is ideal for windsurfing lovers. The apartment is very close to the 18-hole Oliva Nova golf course, which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros in 1995, and you will also find the Oliva Nova Equestre center that hosts the best international riders and horsewomen every year on the Mediterranean Equestrian tour. It is also ideal for enjoying a horse ride along the beach or the Marjal.
