Positive: The location is phenomenal, just off the square at Santiago cathedral, in a very quiet area away from shops so not noisy, but close enough to walk to them. The room has a huge smart TV so I could log in to my own subscriptions. It's a lovely room, very quiet and a good size. Nice clean bathroom and very comfy bed. There was a locker where I could store my bag after checking out so that I could enjoy the town before going to the airport.

Negative: The whole process is very impersonal, getting in with codes and not seeing anybody. The room was on the second floor but the coffee, tea and water by the front door so I had to walk up and down to get a drink.
