Summary: The flat is supposed to be non-smoking. When we arrived the smell of cigarette was overpowering. We had to contact the office to tell them and although they eventually send somebody to clean, the excuse was that the previous clients were smoking without permission!!! Very disappointing. The internet was of very poor quality.
