A spacious, airy, well appointed, air conditioned Villa with high end interior design. Ideal for families and golfers. Situated in a quiet and pleasant residential community. The property has 1 twin,1 double bedroom both with ceiling fans and bathroom on the ground floor also a second toilet on the ground floor. A large A/C master bedroom upstairs with en-suite and doors leading to a large solarium with sea views. The lounge has A/C English HD TV, Hi Speed Fibre WiFi, DVD/Xbox and a selection of GAMES/DVD/CDs. A well appointed American style fitted kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, slow cooker, air fryer, 3 tier streamer, hand electric food mixer, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave with oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
From the dining area to the conservatory were you can relax and view the beautiful gardens. The property has a carport to keep the sun off your car, just what you need in the hot summer months! It is a 2 minutes stroll from two communal pools which now have solar heated showers in the pool area. It’s a 5 minutes stroll to the Andalusian style Villamartin Plaza which houses numerous restaurant’s.
No need to buy bottled water as villa has a filtered water system installed.
Local Beaches: The nearest is a 10 minutes drive to La Zenia a blue flag beach with beach bar and childrens climbing frame. A short walk from La Zenia beach will bring you to the Cala Capitan beach of Cabo Roig, there you will find a beach bar in the summer months.
There is a lovely walk around the head land to the main Cabo Roig beach, call into the marina to admire the boats, (take some bread to feed the fish) and then have a drink or why not try some tapas in one of the two cafes/bars around the marina.
There are other attractive beaches to discover at Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor, all are a short drive away from our Villa.
There is a local bus service stop outside the Villamartin Plaza which will take you down to the beach.
