This is a lovely individual, spacious, detached bungalow style villa, all on one level, with large private pool and on a 1000m2 corner plot, totally secure and private. Ideal for large families, with elderly or disabled persons, young children or single groups and golfers etc.
The villa has UK satellite TV, fibre optic unlimited Wi-fi and 4 aircon units for your comfort. It is fully equipped with all your requirements.
It comprises 4 spacious bedrooms (ALL with AIRCON units) and 2 bathrooms (plus further 3rd toilet outside) and is fully equipped for 10 - 12 persons. The bedrooms sleep 10 persons with 2 folding beds also available. There is ample parking for several cars.
Ceiling fans are also fitted throughout. INSTANT hot water is provided, so no waiting for it to heat up between showers!
There is 1 king size bedroom, with ensuite providing large walk in shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a further family size bedroom with 4 single beds. This family bedroom is optional, for bookings of 7 persons or more and Casa JJ can still be booked as a 3 bed villa for up to 6 persons. In addition to this, 2 extra folding beds are available, on request, if required. There is ample wardrobe/storage space. Air con, if required, is payable by coin meter. All on one level, it is also ideal for families with younger children or people with restricted mobility.
It has Freesat TV, all UK channels, with a large flat screen TV in the lounge and also TV's in the 2 double bedrooms. The lounge comprises ample comfortable seating with 3 leather sofa's incl a chaise longue and leads out to a conservatory, providing a further comfortable relaxing seating area, overlooking the pool.
A well equipped kitchen caters for all your needs, including a fridge plus a separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and utensils etc.
The grounds are secured with 2 sets of double electric gates and a high hedge/wall surround providing total privacy. There is ample off road parking for several cars. The rear south facing patio/terrace area comprises a large BBQ (and extra beer fridge) with outside patio dining/sunbathing areas. Sunbeds are provided for your comfort. A large electric awning, plus further umbrellas, provide welcome shade when required. The pool is 10 mtrs x 5 mtrs, so plenty of space for your aqua fun! An outside shower and toilet are also provided for your convenience.
This villa is situated on the outskirts of Torrevieja in the very popular residential area of Los Balcones, just a few minutes walk from the popular Filton commercial centre, with its many bars and restaurants, supermarkets, gym etc etc There are large play/exercise areas for the children and sports courts etc and the beaches are just a few mins away. Torrevieja seafront/marina is just a 5 mins drive and nearest beaches are closer still. The bus stop is just a 2 min walk.

There is a local cleaning/laundry charge of 100eu for 3 bedrooms/6 persons up to 150eu for 4 bedrooms/12 persons.
Also, a refundable security deposit of from £150/170eu, up to £300/340eu, depending on size and age of group. This will be returned to your bank account within 1 week of your departure.
Unlimited WiFi is available for 20 eu per week.
Air con is available by 2 eu coin meter.
