On the first floor is master bedroom suite with private bathroom & walk-in wardrobes which opens onto a large private Terrace with comfortable sofa seating. Great place to relax and take in the fabulous views of the pink salt lake of Los Balcones and city of Torrevieja. On the first floor is another Double Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom plus a third Bathroom
The villa has full air-conditioning to all rooms (except bedroom 5), electric window sunblind’s to all rooms, TV with satellite (Norwegian plus English channels) WIFI internet installed, DVD Player , Music system. Modern furnishings, LED colour changing lights, Outside is spacious garden with high walled surround, Grassed areas, large seating area, 11 meter x 3 meters private Swimming Pool . The garden and pool area light up of a night time, 7 sunbeds . The villa will comfortable accommodate 8 guests (maximum 9 guests using sofa bed in lower ground floor bedroom 5).
Local Restaurants, bars shops major supermarket etc. all less than 10 minutes walk, Local park only 5 minutes walk with football and basketball pitches, ping pong tables, children´s play area , exercise park, picnic area and green zones . A car is recommended as you will need it for the Beach, (nearest beach is a 7 minute drive) if you don't have a car there is a good local taxi & bus service in the Los Balcones area .
