Very bright apartment that can accommodate up to 7 people in the city center. Near supermarkets, bus stops, train station, bus station, 20 min from the beach, 5 min from the promenade, cafes and restaurants everywhere within walking distance. Internet is fast, I have optic fibre coz I myself do not like slow internet. The most famous department store in Spain, El Corte Ingles is just across the apartment. This is an apartment where everything you need is within walking distance. If you fancy travelling to other cities in Spain like Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia main train station is a mere 2 min walk. The main bus station which can connect you to other cities in Spain is 7 min walk. The airport is around 10 km from the apartment. There is a bus that goes every 20 min to and from the airport and city center. The buses are located just outside the departure area of Alicante-Elche airport. To reach the apartment, you get off at the main train station or Alicante terminal (Estacion de Renfe Alacant Terminal). From there it is 2 min by foot where the apartment is. There is a public parking just across the street for a fee. There are 2 other flats on the same floor. Please be restfectful and considerate by keeping it quiet inside the flat and along the corridor outside. By keeping it quiet, I mean no loud music and no shouting. Please take note that if you are with children, do not leave them unattended while on the balcony. Balconies in Spain have no protective railings for small kids. The apartment is entirely yours while you are there. Call me anytime or send me a message. If I am around I will attend to your needs myself. I have a flat within the city center. If I am not able to be there myself, I have somebody who will take care of your needs or requests.
