Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torreveija. Its situated on the Southside of Torreveija between the famous pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. Local restaurants bars cafes supermarket approx 10 minutes walk , the closest beaches (both blue flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 7 minutes by car /taxi or 10 minutes by bus (pick up point is 5 min walk from the villa). Los Balcones has its own park with football pitches, basketball, ping pong tables , exercise park and children's play area, (approx. 10 minute walk from the villa ) Visit Torreveija Town centre 7 min drive (car /taxi) or approx 10-15 minutes by bus.
