The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the spacious garden you will find a chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Two have twin beds, while the third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A separate bathroom with bath completes this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with AC, two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair. Situated in a residential area called Crestatx/Son Toni, only 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you will find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The village of Pollença is also close by, only 10.6 km away. It is a beautiful village that is well worth a visit to enjoy its cobbled streets and wonderful views of the mountains. Within a 20 minute drive you can also reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca'n Picafort, where there are fantastic beaches of fine white sand and crystal clear waters, good restaurants and a fantastic boulevard.
