MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS for up to 6+2 people
LAYOUT: From its entrance, this villa offers a remarquable sensation of space, style and commodity. The living room and dining room-kitchen are found in an open space with high ceilings, where there is also a mezzanine with an office and access to the terrace. From this space we can admire the entire villa. The living room has a sofa and comfortable armchairs, leading to the the dining room, with a square table and room for eight people, and then to the open kitchen, equipped with all necessary household appliances. Large windows provide excellent brightness to the room, creating a very pleasant atmosphere both during day and evening. Next to the sofas, we will have access to the two bedrooms, both suites with double beds and bathrooms. The first suite has a shower and the second one a bathtub. A staircase will give us access to a lower floor, where we will find a space with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a common bathroom with shower. From this floor we can access the garden.
EXTERIOR: Upon entering the plot of the property, we will find a covered parking with enough space to park two cars. It is possible to access the garden through the lower floor or simply walking around the property. There we will find a full summer kitchen to prepare meals outdoors and a table with chairs to enjoy them. This area is one of the most pleasant in the villa, ideal for sharing meals under the pergola and enjoying summer evenings. Nearby is the pool, surrounded by sun loungers to sunbathe and relax. The luxurious and ravishing garden is filled with typical plants and trees from the Costa Blanca region, which offers one of the best climates in Europe.
LOCATION: Villa BARBADOS is located in a quiet area with all sort of facilities close by (restaurants, supermarkets, etc ...) and it is only a few minutes away from the beach.
