It is within this beautiful setting that the fully renovated Villa Can Sohn is located. Perfectly situated a short distance from the 3 sandy bays of Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins with an excellent selection of restaurants, this chalet offers cosy interiors (air conditioning, completely renovated and finished to the highest level), spacious terraces and a welcoming private pool. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Can Sohn can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Inside, the villa is situated on a single floor and is full of light. It has been completely renovated to a high standard to offer a unique holiday experience in one of the most beautiful areas of the island. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 doubles), 2 family bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room with adjacent kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any type of recipe (large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave) and the living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs and flat-screen television.
In the exterior there is a fantastic porch, surrounded by bougainvillea flowers, perfect for dining outdoors (a brick barbecue is available for guests to enjoy). The large private pool (6 m x 3.5 m deep, between 1.2 m and 1.6 m) has Roman steps and attracts sun all day. It has comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas.
Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
