The villa is distributed over 3 floors. On the second floor there is a cozy terrace with table and chairs overlooking the street from which you can see the sea, a living-dining room with air conditioning and kitchenette. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150cm) and one with two single beds, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning in the hallway and a bathroom with a small bathtub.
On the first floor is the third bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and a living room with direct access to the patio.
In the patio there is a small 3x2m swimming pool, outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrella and barbecue area with paella to enjoy a good paella with the family.
The house is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, Spanish TV, internet wifi, air conditioning (hot/cold). All windows have mosquito nets.
