Positive: The location was excellent. The apartment was very nice with all amenities including a washing machine. Very comfortable beds and a very spacious apartment.

Negative: When booking we were not told that the keys had to be collected from a different hotel. Also it wasn’t clear which apartment was ours. We spent a long time trying to access the correct apartment and ended up going back to ask which one was ours. When leaving it was even more complicated. We had to take the keys back to the other hotel, and to get our parking ticket. It turned out that we had to go to a third hotel to claim the parking ticket. It was all too confusing and just added a load of stress.

Summary: Wonderful apartment but a nightmare checking in and out.
