The kitchen is very spacious, 40 m² with table for 8 people in colonial style, equipped with all the necessary utensils.
The garden has a basketball court, a swimming pool, swings, a slide for children, you can leave the vehicle outside without any problem, or inside the property through the gate.
The house is fully equipped, in addition to what is detailed it has piped music/radio in all the rooms.
It is in an environment of individual chalets in a transversal of the main road, but with wide views to the valley and its surroundings, its location is perfectly communicated to make displacements to know other provinces, ideal as a strategic place to know Galicia. It is 30 minutes from La Coruña, 45 minutes from Vigo, 60 minutes from Orense and 90 minutes from Lugo. It has very easy access to the motorways in any direction.
Spacious and comfortable living room with views of the valley, it enjoys a good view due to its elevated position, the porch can be accessed from the living room and the kitchen, being able to enjoy lunch or dinner outside where it has a table for 6 people, also in the access of the living room to the porch, two loungers and a table.
