Also, the entrance to the house closes with an automatic gate, so that no stranger can enter. Your private swimming pool is in front of the house, surrounded by a high quality artificial lawn. To enjoy this area there are several sunbeds, tables and chairs and a chill-out area, as well as a shower. The grill is located under a covered porch, very spacious and with an outdoor table. The house is equipped with all comforts and with stylish furniture. It has an alarm system, automatic shutters, Wifi internet, air conditioning and central heating.
