Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Communication with the owner was very easy, he would react at any day/time to a WhatsApp. Accommodation is spacious enough for 5 people, is good enough equipped, and located close to metro and bus access to get to the city in a reasonable time. Located in a nice and quiet part of town.

Negative: One night we had some noice from what was probably a close-by bar. After closing the windows it was okay.

Summary: Perfect stay for a long weekend to Madrid
