You will be welcomed onto a private terrace with a parasol, offering complete privacy, before discovering a bright, 40 m² living area with a modern, industrial style. Here, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and a dining area blend harmoniously. The 140cm sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two people.
A few steps down lead to the sleeping area, which includes a master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds that can be joined or separated as needed, and a mezzanine accessible by a ladder with a 140x190cm bed, ideal for a child or teenager. Each bedroom is equipped with a large storage unit, a small desk, and an exterior entrance with a shutter. There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin and a shower room with a sink and storage.
Outside, enjoy a large 17 m² covered terrace facing southwest, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a 50 m² lawn. The owners' swimming pool, located in front of the house and shared with the caravan, is heated to 28°C, accessible according to set times, and protected by a low enclosure for safe swimming.
